Therapeutic Approach
EMDR is a research-supported therapy approach that helps the brain process distressing experiences that may continue to affect your daily life. EMDR can be particularly helpful for trauma, anxiety, negative self-beliefs, and other experiences that feel difficult to move beyond. By helping the brain reprocess these experiences, EMDR can reduce emotional distress and support long-term healing and resilience.
Sessions range from 60 to 90 minutes and are entirely virtual. This allows time for the effective reprocessing and healing.
Cognitive Behavior Therapy
CBT is a practical, evidence-based approach that helps identify and change unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior. By developing new perspectives and coping strategies, you can reduce emotional distress, improve problem-solving skills, and create lasting change.
Sessions range from 45 to 60 minutes and are entirely virtual. This allows you to choose the time and place that’s most comfortable for you.
